This means that their understanding of Migration Law has to be immense and is also up-to-date. All Registered Migration Agents are bound by the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents enforced by the MARA. All Registered Migration Agents also have to undertake continuing professional development activities which are a pre-requisite for re-registration of migration agents.
